Louisk Basic Account Holder Protect your signature with SignGuard Cagger since : Mar 2006 I am in: Swindon, Wilts Posts: 94	Interest on Admin charge Just had a thought regarding Kensington arrears fee - the arrears fee is added to the balance of the mortgage that means not only are you paying £50 a month extra but you are also paying interest (in my case 22 years worth) on it. In effect you are paying interest on their administration charge - now that cannot be right?
