Default London Mercantile court hearing 22nd June

I have posted this on another thread, but it might be better to put something here too. I have a date set for the London Mercantile court on the 22nd.

I haven't been asked to submit any papers - is this usual? Should I prepare anything just in case? I have sent a few nudging letters to DG but no response as of yet.

Has anyone else been confirmed for the above date? Would like to hear what other folks are doing.

Thanks

MM

If you are in any doubt about what paperwork is required, I suggest you phone the Court to see what they say.

Also see the other threads about London Mercantile in this forum as to what has gone on.

Del Boy - It was Court 1 - Dunstan's House.

However....

Got a letter from DG yesterday morning - HSBC have decided to settle in full (including interest). £932.

Keep in touch with the solicitors and they should settle - In fact I spoke to the Court Clerk and he advised the same!

Good luck to eveyone out there - I will be donating to CAG asap - Thanks for all your help!

(PS I'll post this in the HSBC bit too).
