We haven't been through the whole document yet but there are little pearls throughout what I have read so far.
In particular appendices 4.6 and 4.10 are worth downloading and reading carefully. You should try and read the rest of it, though.
I would suggest notetaking and highlighting so that the significance is fully appreciated.
Although this doument doesn't necessarily apply directly to all of the banks - or to bank in England, Wales and Scotland, it does apply.
I would suggest that anyone transferred to the Mercantile Court give this document some very thorough treatment and then add it to your disclosure.
bundle.
Even though you may have filed your bundle by now, file this document anyway with an apology for late disclosure.
Before filing, you should prepare a short summary of what you think the document shows and file that with the court as well.
The summary should be about 1 A4 sheet in length and each point you make should have a reference to the page number and paragraph number which contains the point which you are referring to.
This will be useful to the court - but also, it will be very useful to you as such a close reading of the report will help you to understand the parts which you are relying upon fully.
Thanks to Robbertxc and then to jonni2bad for digging this up.
