Hi this is my first time commenting and not sure if this is the right thread? I have been getting sms from UNITED KASH about escalating a claim against me and I don't know what it is about,all I can think of is a provident loan I paid most of then my partner/carer up and walked out on me and I got landed with some other bills. I had contacted Provident to pay a smaller amount but they said to not pay for a month or two and I didn't,now this United Kash keeps texting me two or three times a day for the last two weeks now with a ref number and states to call back and ask for Lisa? I really do not know what to do here and can't afford to pay much at all,I am very poorly so really could do with not having to stress over more money problems. Any and all advice needed please before I call them back.
