Hello - I have been reading this forum for a while and you all are much more switched on in regards to dealing with debt collection people than me. I would really appreciate some advice from you. I have some debts which are now statuate barred however I also have 3x CCJ's registered against me for the following 1x £9300 with EGG credit card managed by Mortimer Clarke - currently paying £100 pm - letter recieved offering me 50% off to fully settle yesterday. 1x £9200 MBNA credit card paying £100 pm through IND/Activ Capital and 1x CCJ £4211 HBOS credit card paying £50 pm through Robinson Way - Stupidly I have never disputed the CCJ's which date back to 2013 and wanted to know if there is anything I can do to get rid of them alltogether ? I have never asked for proof I owe the debts - none have PPI on them either and I am waiting for the statuate barred debts to drop off my credit file in the meantime I want to get these CCJ's sorted as I dont want a Charging Order or any further enforcement taken against me if I stop paying (have been paying CCJ's for past year and a half) - thanks in advance - Al
