    Hi Slick, Yes, I completely see what you meant! I'm still receiving phones calls and texts which I continue to ignore. So out of the 3 choices you've given me, what would be the best course of action? Can they take further (court) action? Thanks, Kaju

    Hi Slick, I hope you're well. So I received another letter from Spratt Endicott on Saturday, again demanding £367.20 and threatening me with court action if I do not pay within 7 days. They've said that if they go to court, further significant costs will be added. These guys are just not leaving this and I'm so stressed about this. Help! Your advice will be very much appreciated as always. Thanks, Kaju

    Thanks Slick and dX. I really appreciate CAG's support So they can't take me to court? I'm really concerned about the CCJ threat - I'm desperately trying to save for a 1st time mortgage, and keeping my credit file clean. This is what worries me.

    Hi Slick, So I got home from work to find a letter from Spratt Endicott, solicitors, threatening me to pay £367.20 in 7 days or they will take legal proceedings to recover £367.20. They've said I may incur extra costs and I could get a county courticon judgement etc. I am now really worried and scared as. What do I do now Slick? I don't owe any money. I cancelled this membership after the minimum term and according to the terms and conditions. Please advise. Thanks, Kaju

    Hi Slick, So I received another letter from CRS today. This one came less than 10 days after the last letter. The letter is just as before bold red capitals. Written in that threatening way. This time threatened to pass my "debt" on to Zinc who are apparently experienced debt collectors as their letter states. They have persisted with the calls and texts at least 2 a day. What upsets me is that I owe Golds nothing. I gave ample notice of my intent to cancel my membership. Please help. Thanks in advance. kaju

    Hi Slick, Thanks for your message. So I get a daily text from CRS usually around 10am. 1. They have been harassing me for payment for 3 months now. 2. I have had 21 calls from CRS and they have left automated voice messages 3. I have had 14 texts from CRS. They sent another text this morning. Thanks, Kaju

    Hi Slick, So I just wanted to update you on latest activity from CRS/Harlands. They are calling me everyday now at least once and leaving automated messages. They are also texting me pretty much everyday asking I call CRS as a matter of urgency. All these calls are scaring me a little but I am ignoring them. I will let you know if I receive another letter. Can I just ask, would CRS be able to get a CCJ issued? This worries me. Thanks, Kaju

    Hi dx100uk, I re red the letter and you're absolutely right, the letter says we may pursue legal action. It also says that I'm in breach of a legally binding contract with Golds gym. That's utter nonsense of course! Kaju
