I desperately need any advice on the stupid situation we have got ourselves in, last Saturday went along to a garage and picked a car and signed up to a 3 year finance deal ! the car wasn't ready so it was going to be delivered on the Wednesday , after we got home we got a call from my hubbys work explaining they have to cut his hours and they were no longer guaranteed , theres no chance we could any longer afford the car !! we phoned them on the sunday and cancelled, we also went down in person to explain and cancel, we phoned to make sure on the Monday and Tuesday, and no car was delivered on Wednesday so we thought it was all sorted. Now we have received our agreement in the post and they want us to collect the car, and they now say theres no trace of our calls to them and theres no way we can just cancel, and if we don't pay we will be going to court and we have to go up and take the car !!! surely they cant do this, as we haven't even gained possession of the car, they are not returning our calls either we don't no what to do ay help would be great thanks lisa
