  1. No, they said cause I initially gave them my card details, so they cannot refund me but they will monitor my account so in the future they cannot debit it. I'm just concerned they might under a different name!
  2. Hello, I was checking something on the Tesco website when I was asked to complete an on-line survey (about Tesco), which I did. Then a pop up message stated I was eligible for a free prize constituting the Stemologica moisturising day, night & eye cream. I was only asked to pay the amount of GBP 2.95 for postage. Nothing was mentioned about trial, 14 days or any of what was mentioned above before. I did not like the product but since I only paid almost 3 quid for it I thought I shouldn't give it much thought until I found out they debited my bank account for 97.95 three weeks after that!! Then when I googled them, this is how I ran into your valuable forum (wish I had done that before giving them my card details!). I've tried to contact them on their website (stemologica.com & stemoderma.com), both appear on my statement but to no avail. I've asked my bank to stop any payments to them, however, I still feel insecure. Will returning the product & keeping a proof of postage enough to end this nightmare or what do you suggest I do since they are not replying to my inquiries?
