  1. Hi Joey, no it is a company car that was parked in a bay reserved for Europa hire cars, but it was not a hire car.
  2. When I appeal, would you suggest that I do not supply any detail ref my name, address, company etc and rely on them getting that data from the DVLA based on the number plate of the car. As the car is a lease car, my concern is that if they send something to the lease company, they pay up and send the bill to my company along with an admin charge?
  3. I parked by accident in a hire car parking bay at Paddington railway station, I paid for a ticket and returned to a parking ticket for parking in a restricted area. The only issue I have is that the parking charge notice has a field titled Time First Seen. This had the time 11.00am, I was about 50 miles away on the M40 at 11.00am and didnt actually arrive until 12.08. Purchased a ticket at 12.13, the time of issue was 12.46. Is there any point in challenging this ticket purely based on that inaccuracy? I can prove that I was not in London at 11.00am with a petrol station reciept showing that I was actually 85 miles away (1.45 hours drive time) at 10.32am:violin:
