  1. This might be a it of a long shot, but looking for a little bit of help. My dad was working at the NEC recently and staying in a nearby hotel. On the last night at the hotel his car was broken into and laptop and sat nav stolen. In the morning he made the hotel aware, and they refused to give him a copy of CCTV on grounds that a van was blocking his car and therefore nothing would be visable. He then contacted police to get the hotel to provide CCTV to them, and they have replied saying they had a power it some week later and that the CCTV would have been lost during this power cut. He has no redress through insurance as it did not cover valuables so slightly at a loss at the moment. Police attendance was requested on the day, and they declined due to not getting involved in vehicle break ins. Are there any other options we haven't explored or do we have to face the loss?
  2. This is something that they do after the account has defaulted (dlc only deal with defaulted accounts) so you'll just set up a repayment plan and carry on as normal. Usually paperwork is available so you can always CCA Hillesden if your not sure. More than likely as it's defaulted lloyds won't get any more interest so they won't make any money on it and expensive admin!
