Dear Argyll Last summer i rec'd a nice letter from Euro car park's informing me i had committed the heinous crime of an overstay in Tesco's carpark Linlithgow . The letter even had a nice picture of my car driving in and out of the car park ,they invited me to part with lots of my ill gotten gains . I checked back here for for an update on the Scottish question " ignore or not ignore" they all said ignore so i did Euro carparks then got there well hard mate DR+ to send me a threatogram for the readies .Clucking bell i thought to myself the games a foot !!! However i remained strong then the 2nd threatogram arrived which nearly broke me ! i played hard to get and heard nothing since ! they don't write,call or send flowers any more . Its been some months now since their last letter and i fear i played too hard to get .I watch for the postman every day only to be disappointed If you want to be loved by DR+ or one of those nice PPC's write back or Just ignore and follow what the nice Ladies and Gentlemen on here say -

Just an update ,I have today rec'd a letter from the nice people at Debt Recovery Plus,Asking me to pay them £130 if not they would instruct the creditor that court ACTION should be taken ,I assume i still sight tight as we a dealing with an "offence" committed in Scotland

Hi All Thanks again for your Speedy responses the main issue i had was about me being Resident in England and the car also being a resident of England ? It seems that makes no difference as the Heinous crime took place North of the Border Many Thanks

Dear All Back after 2 years last time beating ANPR at POPLA ! with help from this site Upto date advice needed on PCN issued in Scotland at Tesco Car park Linlithgow (by Eurocarparks) ,for an over stay of 34 mins .The advice for PCN in Scotland used to be Ignore Is that still the same advice due to POFA not appling in Scotland ? and therefore no need to give driver details I live in England and the car is registered in England ,I haven't responded Thank you in advance

Hi All Thanks again for all the help it was a bit of stress to begin with but if you take a step back and deep breath its ok.However i can see how many would cave in Especially the old , vulnerable and people without good knowledge on the internet ETC i may go back to the carpark this weekend and put a copy in a see through bag and stick it on Herr ticket issuers windscreen Asking to pass it on to Mr Brick Outhouse It gets my Vote for worst Carpark in Britain for signage etc, maybe Mr Prankster could shortlist it for his awards

Hi All just to let you all know i rec'd my POPLA Verdict Today .And it was a Victory for the Good Guys !! Won on GPEOL It seems like They have a standard letter For ANPR at this sight

Hi Yes they have resigned part of it . but they still have a clamping sign on a wall .This was the old sign from the carkpark which they have moved.. Did i send you my Appeal by PM ? The point's of my appeal where Not a genuine pre-estimate of loss,the signs are unclear ,they have failed to follow POFA,they hold no contract and lack of response re popla code They are also claiming the charge is fairand listed the running costs of the business salaries,NI for staff ,printing, postage etc etc .They also quoting lots of court cases its worth looking at

Hi All I've now received the ANPR evidence info before my POPLA appeal Should i be replying to POPLA RE their points (they claim they are acting fairly ??? and the signage is correct ETC ETC any advice and would anyone like to have a look at them

As far as i can work out the Person who owns it owns the cresent of shops on lodge drive .So for the use of people using the shops??? .So i assume you can be there from 9.00 am till 5.30pm if your in the shops ?? Its an easy target as soon as the shops close .But they cant really police during the day I've only ever seen people being ticketed at night so just a cash cow .Theres been a few new pubs and eating establishment's open up recently so loads of tickets

Hi Liz will Follow the advice of the people on this site (they have brains full of good advice). Sounds like it was the same carpark as me ?? But as they say take pictures,Send everything Recorded, keep the recpts .Also keep the envelope's with post marks. My POPLA appeal went in late due to there being no code on the rejection letter So Read posts, listen to advice, keep everything and take pitures.Its very easy to give in and make it go away.. Dont regards
