hi dont give in to them i was paying two debts to them so i admitted that i owed the money . but i made sure that everything was done by the book . they forgot to send me any statements for the whole time i was paying them so got some info of off here and complained . they dragged there heels giving me a reply so they shoot there selfs in the foot as it was out of the 8 wks time set by the fos . they have now written both off 1st £276.36 2nd £863.21. so dont give up
