Hi don't know if i'm in the right place if not could someone point me i the right direction please , a friend of mine is having a big problem registering a piece of land he bought around 3 years ago , been through a couple of solicitors no success , he has receipts for the purchase of house and land but is still unable to register this land could some one give me any pointers on what information he would need to supply to get this done ?? thanks for your help
  4. i need of a bit of assistance here , i've just recieved a letter from the HFC bank stating that i am in 5,538.44 in arrears on a loan i took out with them on the 12th of april 2005, i entered into an agreement where i understood that all interest would be frozen and i would pay 140 per month of that loan , which i have keep up since the agreement was made. Where do i stand?? as the total balance of the loan was 8,000 , i'm really in a bit of shock recieving this gnasher2000

  7. Hi all just thought i'd say hello, i'm just counting down the days til i file my claim and getting a bit nervous, the abbey owe me £2332.75 taken over the last 2 years......havent even looked at the rest yet and thats without the 8% interest anyone here been up against the abbey and won?

Hi Just recieved back from the bank all charges from 2004 til present just need to know what to do now, got a bit confused after reading the note on the excel work out what your owed sheet this is what confused me Do not use until filing claim!!! If you send the bank a letter before you have given them time to pay up demanding 8% APR they will know that you do not know what you are doing and this will more than likely end up with you NOT getting your money back. Does this mean i should fill it in or should i just work out what is owed for myself first??
