  1. ;) ;) Mint (RBOS) caved in day before court case, cheque recieved by recorded delivery from Argos/Homebase also day before court case. In all, 4 claims settled before I got to Dunfermline Sheriff Court, hope you are the same
  2. Last week in Feb for all 3. I also claimed against HBOS Halifax caved in after 2nd letter and settled BoS held out a bit longer - 'Customer Relations' (I use that term loosely) called with a 75% offer which I declined & said I had already submitted summary cause action. Received full offer in writing within 2 days although it did take them 3 weeks to cough up. I called them every day for 2 weeks till the refund was in my account
  3. Not quite, JB. I have small claims against Halifax credit cards (£580), Homebase aka Argos store cards (£275) and Mint aka RBOS (£120) all for 17th April. Never been in court in my life but must admit I'm really looking forward to it... If it comes to a court date, of course. Court clerks at Dunfermline have been really helpful, even joking all these claims are keeping them in a job, with overtime, to boot He He He
  4. Hi Missy, I received exactly the same letter from the same Val Phillips. She obviously did not read the OFT's recomendation re all overdarfts, mortgages and store cards penalty fees. Had they charged the £12 fee, the difference in my penalties would have been 'just' (grrrr) £60.50. They won't mind paying me just £60.50 extra on top of their goodwill gesture of £90 when I file on the 24th then:lol:  plus £39 court fee plus £10 SAR oh & then there's the interest too... 5. LBA sent to MINT 10/02/07 'We will look into this & contact you again within 2 weeks' received 20/02/07. All correspondence has been sent to Southend-On-Sea address. When filling in court forms, can I use RBS address in Edinburgh to keep it within courts jurisdiction? Don't much fancy having to travel to S-0-S for court case. On the bottom of all letters in small print is ''MINT is a business name of RBS, reg office 36 St Andrew Square, Edinburgh''...
  6. Mint is a credit card, parent company Royal Bank of Scotland
  7. They have 40 days to return this info. Anything you do receive, check the dates all follow each other. Their favourite stalling tactic seems to be sending the statements a bit at a time with the months missing likely to be when you had the most charges... It took me 4 attempts to get the full lot but it was within the 40 day time limit...
  8. Hi, I am also claiming against Mint (£656). Got DPA statements within 14 days, gtf letter within 10 days followed by a goodwill gesture attempt (£90 lol) the next day. Rejection of offer & LBA sent 10/02/07 ... Good luck
  9. Good luck KB, they did the same with me - sent half statements requested and those statements went back to 1998, so I'll claim on what I do have statements for (£575 2005-2007) and when the missing paperwork turns up, they will be claim no 2
