I've just withdrawn thrity pounds from a tesco cash machine using my natwest card, on getting to tesco (10 seconds) I realised i hadn't got the money. Ran back the slip was there but no money. does anyone know how to get the money back or is it automatically repaid to my bank account ? very worried...

Hey there everyone, just got my new bank account so I've filled the details out on the letter template. Just can't find out who to pay on the cheque. any ideas ? stu

I've decided to bite a couple iof bullets.... one is to try and gain all the charges on my bank account (I'm ay step 1). the other is to sort my Credit cards out, I have four all of which are over the limit. I do try and pay them but everything goes out here there and everywhere and the bank charges don't help. Any templates of letters that I could send to the credit card companies would be great. wish me luck stu
