Can somebody please post up a legible copy of Swift 1st tariff of charges please

SAR the FOS. Why should they withold this information from you of the breakdown of the charges. I'm sure the FOS make up their own rules at times.

Hi jasperpad, I’m also looking into this. My SPPL loan was without a doubt mis-sold, the broker lied through his teeth…... Along with the mis-sold PPI, problem is it was back in 2003, pre Jan 14th 2005. My complaint is currently with the FOS.

When you hear back from the FOS regards their reply ask the adjudicator to see a copy. I guess it will be full of their usual fob off. You can then get back to the adjudicator with a true story backed with your evidence.

Thanks for the replies. To clarify: I was parked on the drive in the garden but the rear end of the car was just over the crossover on the footpath, not in the road. Just a single yellow line road marking. No exemptions on any signs relating to the single line. I was getting tools and unloading but over a period of time. On road parking is available in bays with ticket purchased from machine or permit holders. I will post up ticket soon. It was just because the rear end of my car was over the footpath. Hope this makes sense.

Hi, I received a parking ticket the other day when I was parked on somebodys drive while working at their house. There was a single yellow line in the road over the drive but my car rear was over the pavement, not really causing an obstruction and in a quiet road with no through traffic. I was told that the yellow line extends to the edge of the pavement up to the garden. Any advice. Can't seem to find any template letters either. Is this worth fighting or shall I just tell the family were on half food rations this week ?

Hi, welcome, there are many of us on here with Capstone, SPPL, SPML, Acenden etc problems of falsely claimed arrears etc. You will need to catch up on some of the posts here, and recent online newspaper articles in the Daily Mail highlighting Capstone Mortgage Services. Google search engine will be your friend, you may even find a [edit]… There is no harm in starting a FOS complaint as you've already complained to Capstone and not had a reply which is not uncommon. Complain also to the OFT & FSA, email a written letter to them. Don’t hold back tell it like it is. It seems that not enough people have been complaining. Capstone’s falsely claimed arrears can escalate very quickly, and they will try to repossess at every chance. I’m not trying to worry you but this is what Capstone do. Hopefully you can prevent all this from happening. I only wish I didn’t have the suspended possession order and falsely alleged arrears. Do not phone Capstone write and send everything signed for so you have receipt. Do not trust them. Start keeping a Capstone diary. Check out your statement as like most it won’t add up, and have charges. Do you have PPI with the loan? There are many more things to do but this will be a start.

Hi Brassed, Happy New Year. Don’t forget that legal fees and or solicitors cost will also be added at some point, for the cancelled eviction, just so that you are aware as now they will not be sending out regular statements. I too am fighting the charges with the FOS as you may be aware. 2011 has got to be our year….it’s been going on far too long now!
