  1. I registered just to let you I went through the same thing with Arik air. I paid with my Barclays connect Visa card, which isn't a credit card. I paid via opodo though, just contacted my bank and they did a charge back in February and gave back the money straight away as they investigated. One month later, wrote to me that they've found in my favour. This us a clear case of not receiving service you paid for. Arik is no longer flying to or from London. I suggest to contact Santander and complain, they should've easily dealt with this, this is classic chargeback surely. Let them know, traveltrolley has had more than 30days to deal with this and still not. Don't give up, this is so unfair.
