  1. What is the link for? How can I find the retailer?
  2. It is the Huawei p9. I paid cash and was given a receipt Most places were charging 70-75. I went with this shop because it could have been repaired instore without being sent away
  3. They said they opened it and nothing looked wrong. I just feel like I wasted £70 and I personally don't know if I can trust them again with my phone
  4. Yes I dropped it and it was working just fine for months. Then when they fixed it became unusable the next day onwards
  5. Hi, My mobile phone had a cracked screen but was still working properly. I handed my mobile phone instore to be repaired the same day for £70. When it was returned it appeared to be working fine. When I awoke the next morning the screen had completely blacked out and completely unresponsive. I returned it to the shop where after 2 days they claimed that they opened it up and saw nothing wrong with it so they don't know what happened. Now they are trying to get me to pay an additional £35 to buy an lcd to repair it which I think is completely unfair as I have been unable to use my phone for almost a week since they supposedly repaired it. Can you please advise me on if I have a claim to get my money refunded or for them to repair it at not additional cost to me?
