Bank transfer as they requested! Oh no, not good news then ! When we asked for refund they kept sending pictures of other cars but wanted payment in full without us seeing them . Cars were in Germany, so we said we would fly there, but they were unwilling to provide contact details of garage. Obviously would not part with further money, we asked for deposit bk , then they got aggressive, accused us of time wasting , now, not answering . How can they rip people off like this ?

Recently placed a sizable deposit with a company My LHD based in Nottingham . They then informed me the car has been sold despite me giving them a holding deposit. They will not refund my deposit, nearly £3000, an are ignoring all my e mails. What can I do ? Thank you in advance
