I received a letter from BT stating I owe them 264.71 I previously took my broadband from them and went across to EE on 24/11/2016 I am not disputing that I owe them money the issues I have are that they are charging me for a few extra months after termination and they have now sent my debt to Fredrickson international LTD to collect. BT have said they have added a charge of 25% to cover the cost of handing over the debt, Should I contact BT or wait until I hear from the debt collector?
