Hi Brigadere, Could you advice me how I can find this template letter as I have received a DWP Debt Management Letter (Contact Centre Nuneaton) which is very limited in information. I have not received Income Support for at least a couple of years. I am a Carer and work part-time hours and of low income. It just states that I owe Benefit and a contact number. Oh and they have arranged a payment plan on the back of the letter! I have tried to find the Template Letter to send to them without success. With thanks Marguerite

Hi, Can anyone please advice me. I have received a letter from Mitcheldean re Debt Management. The information is very limited and only states that I owe £551.47 and must contact a number. There is also a payment plan on the back of the letter. I am bemused as I do not know which Benefit they are referring to. I haven't received Universal credit for over two years now. I am a Carer and look after my Disabled parent and I work part time hours and am on low income. After this letter I received a letter from the Carer's Allowance Unit and it states that my money will remain the same. Confused dot com. Where can I find a template letter to send to them as I've looked but cannot find one on here. Much appreciated folks. Marguerite
