  1. Thanks Mr P. Is that not governed by British law? They are regulated by the Gambling Act 2005, overseen by the Gambling Commission to conduct betting in a fair and open way. I'm pursuing that line of complaint but wanted advice from a consumer point of view, what would you suggest? Thankyou
  2. Any help appreciated **im looking at pursuing a claim for gambling undertaken on the Bet365 website on a casino game on their mobile site. I played the game and staked on their roulette game but then realised the game in question was faulty. I have brought this up with the company and after many email messages and only after me sending them video proof of the problem, they have recognised the fault but have blamed my mobile device as not being fully compatible. Strange as the device was new in November 2016 (Sony Xperia phone), running the latest version of Android. They offered to credit my account with a paltry amount, but have refused to refund full losses quoting some "small print" in their t&cs that they cannot be held responsible for faults with devices. T here are no warnings before you play the game that some decvices may not work or anything in the game to detect the device may not be compatible. Nothing on their website at all with any warnings. Any advice on what I should do and which law to claim has been broken, if I pursue in the small claims track? Thankyou for any consumer advice
