  1. Hello! Does anyone know whether the exception allowing one not to have occupational pension clawed back ONLY applies if you were getting an occupational pension before your IB was converted to ESA? I've a continuous history of ESA and before that IB, dating back to September 2000, without so-far having had any occupational pension paid to me. But I might be about to get an ill-health early retirement occupational pension. And even if that doesn't happen I will get a normal occupational pension in a few years time. I /have/ asked DWP about this, but their answer was so full of DWP jargon that I can't tell if they've produced the right answer or just a standard unaware-of-the-legislation answer. Any help very gratefully received!
