  1. Hi, I really hope you have success with your debtor. Sadly recently witnessed a corrupt judge, of the Free Masons variety, so there was no way to win against this particular builder who had gotten a passing Barrister friend to have a quiet word with the judge in his chambers before the hearing. Judge commenced with a little nod, actually the name of another FM to establish their connection. Once this was done it was a foregone conclusion. Judge did not question defendant's lies and contradictions, did not ask for evidence to back up his story, ignored the Plaintiff's evidence and did not let the Plaintiff comment appropriately, shutting down any discourse that might reveal the lies and deception. All the safeguards the lawyer said would expose the fraud, did not happen. Corruption there for anyone to see. Pity there is not a "Check-A-FreeMason" organisation so people can make informed decisions before Working for; Employing; or Taking to court any one of these rogues. They have so many tricks up their sleeve. Just hope you never cross paths with one. Sorry if this is not helpful for you, but it is just a warning to anyone thinking of taking a FM to court.
