Hello, new to this website: can anyone help me locate information about Disputes with Spanish builders please? I have a holiday home in Spain. I had some windows replaced and the builder never completed the job and also cut through the water mains causing damage. I therefore withheld the final payment. Fired him because of insensitive a from his wife. Asked him for his insurance policy. He did not reply but he did solicit a debt collection agency in the U.K. I've no idea how to manage this. Any guidance please? Thank you in advance.
