I had problems too. I missed delivery on Thursday. it was supposed to get redelivery on Fri. It did not. They give excuse about loosing keys for van. When I'd did turn up on Saturday after ringing them and complaining, my mac pro I'd bought off ebay was all bashed and the support handle on bottom was all caved in and wouldn't stand up, the machine was emaculate apart from this. I know it was fine before sending it as the seller send me a picture. There no way this could be damaged so bad unless it was dropped from a height. The box looked intact but will take another look at some point. I'd been after one of these for sometime so when I got one eventually I was a bit hacked off with courier. I'd be pleased to help anyone if they want to take this matter further.
