Long Saga in Sept 2015 gave my son my car, he sent V5 to change owner, taxed vehicle via DD in his name, all ok up to yet then I got a fine for non payment of Tax on Vehicle rang DVLA and explained vehicle was changed last year, my son then says he never received V5 in his name, rang again and they said vehicle still registered in my Name so asked where has payment from my sons bank account for DD payment of tax been going, you will have to send a V62 with £25 to register vehicle in new name, you can't drive car it is not taxed, did this registered letter and V62 sent on 7th September Cheque been cleared , rang today we can't do anything till the full 6 weeks is up. A total nightmare car of road what to do next.
