Hi, I'm being chased personally by Santander for a debt from a limited company. I was the director, but after running into money difficulties, the decision was made to cease trading in May 2016. I sent a DS01 form into companies house in May 2016 (to have the company struck off) There was also no personal guarantee on the account. The account is £265 overdrawn (there was no arranged overdraft) and they are chasing me for this now.They have written to me earlier this week threatened a default in 28 days if I don't pay. I need to stop this default being registered, also I don't see why they are chasing me, as i thought the limited company is a separate entity from myself? Any help would be much appreciated. Thanks
