Parked in my work place paring with permit. displayed information as given to me by the parking agency. Got a ticket starting I did not park in a marked area. eventhough we are allowed to park and display our contact details. What follows is a letter from zzzp stating we have been asked to collect £170 from you. I wrote to the parking agency no response from them , I rang the zzzp, asking workplace parking , At least they would have contacted me before getting a debt collector to contact me. The following week came another letter from zzzp stating about contacting their solicitor to take me to court. Please I need help on how to handle this issue. Thanks
