I must have overlooked that on the thread dx100uk

I have received a letter saying that they have no record of me having any welcome loans, is it wise to reply with all previous addresses and get them to check these addresses to see which address is the one I had loans at? Or is there a template letter to respond with? Thanks in advance

Hi Firstly fantastic website, the knowledge and help you guys give out is second to none. I'm here as not had any PPI claims before and not got a clue what to do, total noob lol. Can anyone help me start the PPI claim against welcome please ? I've had 2 loans of them in the past and need to find out if there is any PPI on those loans. Thanks in advance Si
