  1. I need some advice:- Mygirlfriend and I drove separate vehicles to St St Catherines retail park, Iarrived in my works mobile tyre fitter van as I was on call that weekend and mygirlfriend had her wee car. We arrived justbefore 3pm to drop our dog off to the groomers at Pets at Hoome Groomers theappointment was for for 3.30pm, we left the dog and was told he would take2.5hrs, we left my works van parked in the carpark it was easier to take myworks van to the carpark incase I got a call out rather than leave it at homewhich is 16 miles away, my depo is only 3 miles from where we were in the city. We went to variousshops that were in the retail park to do some xmas shopping, we then went into the other St Catherines Retail Park, (there are 3 of them)in mygirlfriends car which is roughly a 10 mins walk, however due to buying xmas presents thought best to take the girlfriends car, we left my van in original carpark due to the area being busy due to the city having their Christmas Light switch on and the arrival of Father Christmas andthe Coke Cola Lorry being in the area. We really didn’t think about the time andhad no idea there was a time restriction, didn’t look at the signs just parkedand went, we were only 33 mins over the allocated time restriction according to the ticket. Today I received a "Parking Charge Notice" The amountof £60 to be paid by 09/12/15 or £100, thereafter What do I do as the ticket was sent to my headoffice who in fact faxed it to my branch this morning? My girlfriend has appealled it on the ukpc site but this takes 35 days to replay :jaw::jaw::jaw:
