Hello. Not withstanding - the recent changes in regulation re the display of a tax disc on a motor vehicle, could anyone please give a definative answer to the following question. Is it or is it not, contrary to the current law, to have a motor vehicle standing on adopted public highway, displaying an out of date tax disc? Thank you, Pete.
