  1. Bit late coming on tonight been busy all day.Have contacted Actionfraud and, from the details I`ve given them, they think that this could be dodgy. They are going to check this site out and will get back to me if they find anything.
  2. Thanks dx and all that have replied. Will give Actionfraud a ring tmoro.Off to bed now got an early start but will look in late afternoon.
  3. They said they have proof with my partners card details and email address on a reply from the company.I asked for the address and they refused at first but, after a few words, they have agreed to send it to us.I have also asked for all documentation they have but this will take 5-10 working days to reach us. The thing that bothers me is how they got my partners details. She had never heard of this site until this came up.Also, why do they give means of contacting them that are useless?
  4. Sorry just got in. Been at work. Yes it is and if you fill in the feedback form that will come back as unable to send. I signed up to them and got a welcoming email so I sent Stephanie an email. Guess what happened next! To me this has got [problem] written all over it.
  5. Hi everyone am a newbie so bear with me if I do something wrong. Has anyone had any dealings with the above company? My partner checked her online bank statement at the back end of June and found that this company had charged her £87 for some items. She hadn`t had anything off them so queried it with her bank who reimbursed her with the amount. Then a couple of weeks ago the bank informed her that after doing some checking they were taking the amount back. We have spent the subsequent time trying to get in touch with this company but to no avail. We have a phone number that does exist and an email address that also no longer works. Any help would really be appreciated.
