  1. Parcel hero managed to lose a very expensive product that I was sending to a client, it was picked up by UPS on the 23rd December and it's never been seen since. They are a very amateur company with their approach to problems. They have a bunch of what sounds like teenagers answering the phone that are incapable of making any decision at all, probably actually picking up the phone is their total of their ability. they clearly haven't worked out how to return calls or to actually solve problems. As for the MD who seems to hide behind all manor of blocking mechanisms so that you can never get through to him, which is fine providing you have someone called " a manager" that can manage the business is you are too weal to do so. For a company that deals daily with the public they have zero customer service and I would strongly advise using another company that have been recomended as having a good customer service. Parcel hero are happy to take you many but that's where their expertise ends. Avoid like the plague . And as for the MD...MAN UP and learn how to talk to the people who pay your wages.
