I joined Regiment Fitness in late September 2014- filled out all the direct debit forms and received my pink wrist band, but nothing else. I have now received a letter from a solicitor asking me for payment of £36 - I checked my bank and no payments have been made to Regiment Fitness through the bank. I did everything that I was supposed to do so if they haven't set the direct debit up is that their error. No one from the company has ever tried to contact me if there was a problem, and I haven't been to the boot camp for 3 months due to injury. Would appreciate your advise. Many thanks
