  2. Call the company and explain the situation, they are humans like us , so they will probably solve this and refund the money
  3. My advice is to call them first, it is better or send them an email as once you initiate a chargeback, there is no guarantee that you will get your money back as they will frozen your account. So better talk to them beforehand.
