We have just got back from Barcelona and on checking our bank statement find we have non-stg charges and charges for a phone call we were not connected to. We did try to make a phone call from the hotel room but as we did not understand how to make it work we never got connected to someone to speak to. In England if you do not get connected you are not charged so we cannot understand why we have been charged in Barcelona. Can any one explain why this has happened and is it legitimate. Thank you
