I has similar, wrote to the courier giving 30 days to collect or otherwise i would retain / dispose of goods. no response. that was last year and kept the goods. -

bought a holiday to corfu 2 years ago, it wasn't even the hotel they promised. I complained to head office, got 50% off. Always worth making a stand.

my land of leather sofa is also peeling, only had for 2 years -
had a similar situation with dvla. i wrote to them requesting change of address and they did nothing. all my fines went to the wrong address and I ended up paying a fortune.

I wonder if someone can help me. I have sky broadband. They are refusing to allow me out of my 12 month contract. i never received any terms and conditions. it was all on the phone. Any help would be appreciated.
