  1. having lost my job over the summer (may) In antisipation of falling behind with my Aqua card payments, I informed them immediately and made an offer of payment, which I began paying immediately and have never missed, but they failed to acknowledge this offer in anyway. A formal complaint was sent in August, and acknowledged, but not dealt with. They then sent me an income outgoing Sheet to fill in "before we will consider your offer" which was begrudgingly done. They then kept up with the threatograms and failed to acknowledge this was sent (recorded, signed for). A default notice was sent to me in June. I pointed out to them that they hadn't fulfilled the 14 day requirement, the letter was dated the 10th June, but post stamped as the 16th,recieved on the 18th and they had given me until the 23rd. They also didn't include a default fact sheet. I have the envelope. I pointed out to them that the default was non compliant and they had failed to address the issues nor accept my payment offer. All the while I'm still being bombarded with threatograms. Fast forward and they have defaulted my credit file as of November, five months after recieving the default notice. The default amount includes lots of charges and interest that they refused to stop/reverse. checking my file they are incorrectly recording payments. Before I lost my job I never missed a payment but there's several months which say 0 paid. they are not recording the payments I have been making each month after losing my job and still recording 0. I have been in touch with the CEO throughout, he is as useful as a chocolate teapot. What can I do here!? I'm clearly being taken for a prize turkey!! Just seen Robbers way have done a search on my file, so I expect threatograms shortly. Also, Aqua do not have a signed Cca.
  2. Hi all, long time lurker first post! I had been working for an agency who had been short changing my wages resulting in not being paid the national minimum wage. Several other co workers were in the same boat. I told the agency i expected to be paid for these hours and would be reporting the matter to hmrc and the workers rights helpline. Three hours later I was "no longer required" I have since reported them for the above. Am I protected under whistleblowing laws?
