  1. Thanks guys. I was just worried as if they take the matter to the court and by not submitting a defence by default I get judgment against me.
  2. as far as I was concerned about not knowing if I was contacted by dwf as they have my old address. I gave royal mail redirection service a thought but it has been more than three months I have left the address so I cannot apply for redirection service. so the only resort is to go to the address and request the current tenants to txt or phone me it they get anything by name. which is a bit.
  3. thanks for the reply but another quick one. i know this may sound a stupid but as they noted my name dob and address and the address I gave them was for a previous property. do you think I should advise the store manager for correction. As have been reading in forum people have been contacted for civil recoveries. and as they have my wrong address I dont want to get into a bigger problem. However I was also told as I have paid for the item I will not be forwarded for civil recoveries.
  4. do you think is it worth writing a apology letter to head office and request a ban lifted.
  5. i was issued a life time ban later i realised under pressure and intimidating environment gave them my previous address. I tried to go back to speak to the store manager and was advised not to visit the store also as I paid for the items I was told there will be not civil recoveries made. it will be interesting to know did you actually got a letter from dwf and guys could please advise is there anything to worry as I gave my previous address. Should and go back advise them my current address? and even if I do will they belive that this was a mistake and I wasn't trying to mislead them.
