He followed us into the room for questioning and absolutely nothing has asked. During the reprimand by the security, police officer went out for a few minutes the room. Meanwhile security told as that we are guilty, we are committed theft, even if it is not a store goods . And that because this what we 'stole' is of no value we will not be fined, but we must sign a letter of 12mth ban otherwise he would take us to the police station and we'll spend there all day. Policeman returned, asked child's details and signed as a witness.

Few days ago in one of TK Maxx shops located in London Me and my friend were accused of shoplifting that we didn't do and were discriminated after we've said were are we from. On our shopping spree in the shop we found a small almost empty cartridge of a cosmetic package from a product that I was looking to find all over the shop to buy it, but they didn't have that one for sale there and some kind of elastic ribbon without value that could be drop from someone or fell from a package. Security was acting arrogant after we told him were are we coming from in front of my friend's 2 years old child who was with us during that nightmare. We do shopping at store every month, its one of our favorites we spend around £100 each month and we can prove that with bank statements. That day we both spent around £70 and we've been humiliated. We did contacted customer service the very next day after the shock we had and they apologized and told that we have to file an email complaint. We are really disappointed that we were treated as thieves. We were forced to sign a ban on access to the store for 12 months, аsked our personal data and the most strange to us they asked the name and date of birth of the child.
