  1. What to do next, should go through the mediation process? Not willing to pay them anything since I don't owe them, so I can't really see the mediation making any sense in my case...

  5. I will ignore it as well, worst case that could happen they win and I would have to unrightfully pay them within 28 days. Yes, that's including all their cost.

  14. Just spoke to them, opened my current account on Feb 2008, so I closed the Lloyds one same month.
