I have just managed to get this number of their customer service. 0330 122 2708. I haven't tried it but hope it helps.

Applied to one site and somehow ended up with four companies taking between £58 to £69 from my account. My bank said they could do nothing but when I got my statement in they handed over my money three days after I went into my branch. Clearly my bank has a different definition of customer service than me but I digress. These internet companies are getting away with ripping people off hoping most people won't chases them but I am going to. Thanks

When I phone them the automated message tells me to text my membership number which I don't have and I can't get on the website because I don't have a password. Does anybody have any suggestions please.

Can anyone give me the number for the1loan. They took money from my account and now I can't get in touch with them or even onto their website because I don't have a password. I am so frustrated. They were the fourth company to take funds from my account on the same day for services I neither wanted or used.
