  1. Nicky supersoft, £1 for four! Doesn't last long but still works out better than the stuff double the price
  2. As soon as you get through to the cancellation team they will sort it out for you. I always tell them they have priced me out of the service and i cant afford the increase, no matter how small. they usually give a one off credit equal to the extra charges over the year.
  3. classic case of a bad landlord! There needs to be tighter regulation to prevent xxxxxxxxx like this letting properties out.
  4. Agreed that npower customer service is shocking I had the phone put down on me once when i asked them to explain a ridiculous reading similar to yours, I get the feeling it happens quite a lot
  5. you can usually find the email addresses of the ceo's and contact them directly. usually email addresses are structured as name logins ie: j.Smith(at)holidays.com so if you can find the top dogs name out it would be t.dog(at)holidays .com if that makes sense. always works for me
  6. Im a chronic moaner, nobody will listen to me in person
  7. If you have a trade union they would be best to point you in the right direction and be made aware for any future problems you may get from this manager
  8. Have joined since leaving that horrid moneysaving expert site. Need somewhere new to vent
