How to deal with PDE?
xiireeceiix1 replied to xiireeceiix1's topic in Payday Express/Wage advance/Cashtillpayday
I had a DRO until late last year as I currently have several debts, the debt amount is £863, the original loan amount was £645(500 + 145 interest.) I tried to contact them several times with no reply then when they finally replied they had added more interest. I do not have a breakdown of the loan although I could request this if needed. -
I have a loan with PDE which started at 645 but it now up to 870, I want to reduce how much I owe to them threw negotiating, could anyone give me advice on how to deal with PDE?

so your saying that the 1 I paid off will still be legally unsettled and I will kept being chased for it? also do you know if paydayexpress and paydayuk are the same company? -

I have not changed home address, the only thing I changed was my bank details. @renegadeimp I'm not intending on chasing them, I would just like to know who owns the loans Another thing is that my loans were removed from my credit report but I made a deal and paid 1 of them off however this is not in the closed accounts? -
Hi, ofcourse I stupidly took several loans out with TFF, you ll know the story of them going into admin. but my question is, who owns these loans now? can you post links to their websites too. Thanks

Thanks for all your comments, Right now my debts are on repayment plans etc therefore the national debt line would not be need right now as TF is my only problem. I haven't handed TF any money and I won't give them anything until these extortionate debt amount are reasonable. I am going to write a formal complaint to TF, can anyone help me with the legislation that TF have ignored / broken????, they have sent me all the typical scare tactics like they send to everyone else etc.

]Hi, Last year I was in financial difficulty which led me to stupidly taking out many pay day loans and i became buried in debt, I applied for a debt relief order (form of bankruptcy) and was accepted but a few months ago my financial circumstances improved (over £50 spare income a month) my debt relief order was revoked, my debt relief order was officially revoked on the 20th of September, this means that I now have to pay all my creditors, I have set up payment plans with nearly all of my creditors, however I have multiple loans with TFF (very stupid), they refused to freeze my interest whilst my Debt relief order was active therefore now the debts have gone sky high, I have read up on this company on this forum so I get the idea but I need help on what to do with this company and how to somehow get the debts sorted as I am now trying to do the right thing. Today I recieved an email from them as they are already hassling me for money and I clearly don't have the sort of money they are trying to get from me. one of thing that could be on my side i that when my debt relief order was approved my creditors cannot make any payment demands, however 10 days after my debt relief was approved they sent me an email which was a payment demand. Thanks for all your help. sorry that its so long
