  1. Hi, my advisor says I can not have telephone interviews anymore, which has really distressed me. I can not make physical appointments at all. I find it hard enough to even make it to my doctors (the only time I do out, with someone with me) Maybe 3 times a year or less. So I was just asking for help if this is true or not? Because If I can't make appointments.... then I will lose my benefits? Thank you.
  2. Could be, but it was sent after my end date. When I officially don't work for them anymore! Seems rather silly. I knew it was rubbish as soon as I saw it.
  3. It's a ploy to get me worried I think. But I think the person who wrote it, should worry more that they clearly have no idea of the law! Guess all I can do is complain? Also the letter was done after my end date....
  4. Hi, I handed my notice in. Gave the right amount of notice. All ok, have a letter saying it's accepted and my employment ends on so so, etc. Then I receive a letter, saying they now don't accept it and far as they are concerned I still work with them. Which I know they can not do. I guess they have no idea what they are doing?
  5. Ah thought it might be, saw one thing saying 6 months, but can hardly find anything about it Well least she can sign off for good. She said sod it and she will pay her NI for the 6 months and wait for her new hours to kick in
  6. Hi, was just wondering does the JSA 13 week new claim still apply? My mum has a job, but signs on for her stamp. She is due some more hours when her place of work opens the new building etc so she can sign off (next 6 months or so). The jobcentre know all this, but have just tried sending her some new course thing, where they can make you go at any time. Obviously she's not happy with this, so wants to sign off as can't be bothered with the pointless of it. So if she signs off, will it still count as a new claim after 13weeks? So then she's back at the start again Thanks
  7. Oh of course it is, just to put us off appealing, and get us off any benefit or go to JSA. Disgusting really Though I've been through the process twice and won appeals twice, 1st time at the recon stage, and 2nd time at tribunal But next time I want a recording (didn't know about them before) Had to do a full on complaint last time, because the whole report was a lie, said I did thing's when I didn't. Told me I may have something (ovary cyst), but in the complaint, he of course denied every saying such a thing Though obviously wasn't surprised, as all they know is to lie
  8. Oh so that is def happening in October? How can they do that? The appeal's take AGES So were supposed to live on no money? Crazy
  9. So nothing is changing? Have I been reading the wrong bits? As worried about getting the assessment rate while appealing, but hopefully won't have to go through that as I want a recording, not going in there without one Thanks
  10. Hi, just wondering is these the new changes? As I'm sure I'll get the dreaded form soon and after the last time, they lied through there teeth I want to be prepared for the changes. So we cannot ask for a recording now? Also if we lose it and don't get the 15 points, can we not get the basic rate while appealing? How long is that for etc? Thank You
  11. So were not allowed recording now then? Bit worried as I'm waiting for my next round of lies with them
