  1. My main concern was to get it registered..I have sent them all the info..Dates ..Account Numbers ..PPI insurance account no's ...I still have the original agreement copies here..Found yesterday. I will see what they come back with...Not holding my breath , they have been less than forthcoming with anything over the years.
  2. I have had a reply from Lombard already, and as it's so near the deadline it was the quickest way IMO, and it's now logged before the cut of for PPI ...Why are they useless ?.
  3. I have submitted a complaint via resolver to RBS requesting Default be applied retrospectively. And also sent Lombard a PPI claim...Watch this space..Thanks for all your help and understanding to date...
  4. I have tried to find contact details for RBS this morning..The SAR THEY SENT ME HAS A PHONE NUMBER WHICH IS NOW DEFUNCT...Can anyone point me to who I should address my complaint to...Cheers...
  5. I have been doing some digging with regards to all this. I have found proof that my loans were indeed sold to Idem Servicing (SAR from RBS states this ). I have also been informed..but seek clarification, that it's not legal to sell on a loan which is not in default. The loan is not in default (I have further proof of this also ). the loan was sold illegally... Furthermore I have found that if the lender has information that the customer has Mental Health issues, they (the lender ) are NOT allowed to sell on the loan... .I would like clarification on both these points of Law if anyone can help. I only have a default letter from Lombard on the loan account which does not show on my credit file.. I never received one for the loan now showing. .And I have checked with the credit file company after I questioned it.. And they confirm in writing that there is no default on this account.... .What the next best move ...? approach IDEM , or RBS ... Thanks
  6. Not sure what the "dn" refers too..?
  7. They did respond to the CCA request (eventually) ...I have the SAR paperwork somewhere..will have to dig it out....Who do I present the proof to ..? Lombard /RBS, or Idem... Cheers. I have managed to access my credit file online today..And It's still showing "Idem late payment" which was updated on 11/8/19...I made my final payment to them the following day Aug 12th. So I am hoping to see it change status from the next update...Which is in two days time...
  8. Hi dx100uk..Yes it is...How do I go about getting it removed ? ..Cheers
  9. It was showing a few days ago..I cannot log onto the site today for some reason...
  10. Hi, I have just paid off a debt which I had to make reduced payment on owing to Redundancy in 2001 .I have paid it off in monthly interest free installments ever since, never missing a payment. Idem Servicing have stated that the debt has now been paid in full. And my account will be reported as "satisfied" to the credit reference agencies. They said this will remain on my credit file for six years from my last payment. I have read that nothing should show on a debt after six years from the default date (ie in 2001..when I first was unable to make the full monthly payments). Can somebody tell me if idems letter is correct. The debt has been showing as "late payment" on my credit file (I found out last week) For years...I am confused .Cheers Eddy.
  11. ...I think that's what I will have to do..give them a bit more time..They are now paying out some people, It could be a numbers thing...If they say no..It's a chargeback via visa mastercard
  12. Paypals initial public response to Money Saving Expert was ...PayPal. If you paid by PayPal, you're covered by its buyer protection scheme – but only if you raise a dispute within 180 days of paying. .A spokesperson told us: "Purchasers of holidays from Lowcostholidays paid for with PayPal are indeed covered under PayPal buyer protection. They have 180 days from the date of payment to open a dispute relating to the payment."...I am hoping that they are slow at refunding owing the sheer numbers..... Will the fact that I have only paid an initial deposit for my Holiday via Paypal ..And the Balance via my Bank (refunded) have any bearing on the decision...I have read about "split payments" being a bit of a grey area...But not sure as to what precisely split payments means ..and if it has any bearing to my individual case...?? Anyone help on these points..
  13. conflicting advice here folks...by pass Paypal...And s75 Paypal...aburobert...why would paypal chase me for the money ?
