I got paid today and was alarmed to find that Payday Express have taken over £1200 from my account. They are aware that I am now with a repayment plan and have acknowledged this in writing but when called today, they basically said they are within their rights to take the money and don't care that I have nothing to live on all month and hung up. I have been in tears all afternoon. My bank have raised a dispute and I am just praying that I will get my money back. Today was to be the start of a clean slate. Z
