  1. I failed to mention that for several months my mum has been writing a record of these events and have been sending them to the person on the case. Also a few days ago my dad rang them and informed her that next door had a a camera aimed at the public path.
  2. It's a council house. No, mental health was not in writing. The council woman just said it. Wheras my nephew has his diagnosed with a doctor.
  3. We've lived next door to them for over 18 years, they have been here since the 70's. They are an elderly couply, they are not the problem. Their 40 year old son is. He sells drugs at all hours, his Dad has to answer the door to them. The son plays loud music, games and shouts. One time, this was a few weeks ago. My mum was in the bathroom and he said to his friends 'yeah, their grandson lives sleeps in the bath'. He keeps spying on us in the bathrrom. When we reported this to the council all they said was 'He's got mental problems, he can't help it'. His mental problems are due to drugs, my nephew has learnign difficulities which he was born with. He has called my 18 year old nephew(same one mentioned above) a pervert, peado. Because he plays with his brothers and sisters. He has now got a camera which we reported today, it's pointing towards the public grass/pathway. We were told we were not allowed to record beyond our garden, not even allowed to record him if he contronts us. His dad has been to see the council, nothing. Police have been round and had a word with them, again, nothing. My brother refuses to leave the house now, he's too scared. My mum wants to move but it's hard because I have been bidding since I was 18, I'm now 31 and have gotten no where as I am on low band. My ESA (or council rent) won't cover the rent until I'm about 35. I tried to move out in 2012 but couldn't due to the council refusing me rent. I know it's a lot to take in but can anyone help us?
  4. I went saw my doctor as I had to have another blood test for diabetes, which was negative. I asked about my thyriod and he said it wasnt that bad and I don't need medication yet. And I'll need another blood test in 6 months. I also got a priscription for Buscapan hoping this will ease the bloating as for the past 3 days I have been ill with it and it has made me throw up. The doctor never asks me if I'd like a thorough test, so don't know what causes this. I haven't yet added any of the thyriod stuff to my sicknot thingy as I don't think I should as it's not troubling me yet. But still not sure about bloating/trapped wind, it sounds stupid adding that.
  5. Yes, he lives with us. My mum has copies of previous letters the DWP sent her when money changes and they state that it's her money. Today's letter is confusing for her and me. I also forgot to add that my nephew gets ESA and PIP.
  6. My nephew is 17, has a learning disability and mental problem. My Mum claims carer's allowence for him, today she received a letter from the Job Centre asking for more information on my nephew. She thought she was claiming Income support for herself as she doesn't sign on. She's worried that she's commited benefit fraud without knowing. My nephew is on PIP for what is wrong with him. The information they are asking is if he's in full education, he's not because the college refused to take him. He went last Septemeber but was turned away. She thought the income support was for her. Can anyone help?
  7. I saw my adviser last Wednesday, I emailed her as soon as I got my diagnosis and she said in the interview. 'I can give you a break as I know you are getting no where here'. I had to quit my charity volunteer position because of my stomach problems. Thyriod problems does run in the family, as my maternal cousin had her's removed. I will book an appointment this week for medication as I am ever so tired nowadays and need something for my anxiety too.
  8. I have been on work related ESA for about a year or so, my adviser has been pusihing me to volunteer at a charity shop and I have. But it isn't my anxiety that's effecting me. I have trapped wind(very painful and makes me sick) so had a blood test and was diagnosed with a failing thyriod, no medication given yet. When I first went onto ESA before the interview to determine where I go, I wrote down trapped wind. But was not allowed to put that down on my sick note. With my thyriod problem it has casued me to suffer from on/off depression, I have anxiety which makes me sick. I am due for another blood test for diabetes as my blood sugar was high last week. I didn't know that my thyriod was the reason why I am always tired and sometimes depressed. Can I add these to my ESA claim? My adviser thinks anxiety is curable and I should get over it. Not in that way, but she thinks I'm ready to work. I have never worked and I never pass an interview.
  9. I didn't know who does the medical check. I panic and it makes me feel sick and very ill. I get emotionally and I cry. This started whilst I was at SEETEC this has happened before though. and I keep thinking I have a stomach bug or something. Thinking back to when I was at high school I would feel sick just before I got to the school. I can't describe it much. I don't know what to do if I get refused ESA, because I just can't work with my stomach problems. I got taken off my mandatory volunteering job because of this.
  10. I haven't got an appointment for a medical yet. But I am scared that I won't be rearded whatever you get when you pass. I think it's ATOS. Anyway, in December my a doctor diagnosed me with anxiety but I also have another problem which is not mentioned on my sicknotes,. It's trapped wind which is embarrising and I am seeing the doctor on Monday for both my anxiety and the trapped wind. My brother has been on ESA for about 9 months because of his Herchsprung's deasease. It's bowl related and he has stomach pains which will make him violently sick, he was born with this. ATOS has now taken him off ESA and I am scared that they';; do this to me as I am nervous around new people and shy. Plus with my trapped wind or whatever it is, is painful and lasts hours. I have had medication but nothing worked. Is it possible to pass with a mental problem then with a physical? I'm just wondering.
  11. In block capital it says GROUND FOURTEEN. The tenant or a person residing in or visiting the dwelling house. (a) has been guilty of conduct causing or likely to cause a nuisance or annoyance to the a person residing; visiting or otherwise engaging in a lawful activity in the locality. (b) has been convicted of....using tge dwelling house of allowing it to be used for immoral or illiagal purposes, or an (indictable) offence commited in, or in the locality of the dwelling house. . Sorry I didn't mention my brother. After I wrote all of this things mentioned I asked my dad and said he spoke to the council and everything was sorted.
  12. Don't know where the landlord and brothel come in as I have read it but it's so much to read. Apparently he's sorted this out with the council but not sure......
