hi been reading all the posts i am so worried that i will get prosecuted and go to court as i have 5 payday loans and lied on 3 of them about my salary and housing situation.any more advise please

really ihave messed up so much if they had done proper checks they would have seen that i couldnt afford the payments. i no its all my fault for borrowing and lying i dont no what to do im at end

i have just replied to them saying i will be making payment by standing order on the 28th oct they said that they will reveiw my repayment plan when i reply to their email of how much i can afford,i have already told them how much i can afford.

Hi quick update had a reply from cfo lending saying that they want to no how much I can afford each month and also they require my card details to set up the repayment plan I have already told them that i will pay by bank transfer or standing order but they won't have it !

hi am having the same problem withcfo lending.i have written to them and email them loads of times saying that i am in financial difficulty and gave them a repayment offer per month and asking them to freeze interest and charges this was 4 weeks ago and heard nothing but every day i get text messages from them saying that they have reveiwed my account and increased my credit limit ! i have made a formal compliant to the fos about them

Many thanks didn't roll over loans just got bigger loans each month paying more charges.also I have made a complaint to fos -

Any advice still no reply from cfo lending about my repayment plan but EVERY DAY I get text messages from them saying that they have reveiwed my account and increased my credit limit.surely this must be harressment -

Hi any advice please I have still not heard anything from CFO lending about my financial problem and my repayment plan I offered them.its been 2 weeks now but all I get is text messages every day saying that I can now have a top up on my loan.what should be my next step -

Thanks for your reply I have set up repayment plans for 2 other payday lenders but CFO are ignoring my repayment plan and haven't replied to my emails or letters its so stressful just want them to set up a plan -
